At the end of the trading session of this Tuesday, August 31, 2021, the market capitalization of the stock market of the Regional Stock Exchange (BRVM) recorded an increase of 21.648 billion FCFA. This improvement is induced by that of the indices.

The capitalization of BRVM shares stood at 5,305.951 billion FCFA against 5,284.303 billion FCFA the day before. Regarding the capitalization of the bond market, it remained stationary at 7101.921 billion FCFA. The total value of transactions rose to 4.741 billion FCFA against 1.010 billion FCFA the day before. Thus the BRVM 10 index (the index of the 10 flagship stocks of the Stock Exchange) gained 0.56% to 138.99 points against 138.22 points the day before. Similarly, the BRVM Composite index (the general stock market index) gained 0.41% to 176.31 points against 175.59 points the day before.

The top 5 of the highest price increases are occupied respectively by the securities Sicor Côte d'Ivoire (up 7.46% to 4,250 FCFA), Bolloré Côte d'Ivoire (up 7.42% to 2,315 FCFA), Safca Côte d'Ivoire (plus 7.14% at 675 FCFA), Palm Côte d'Ivoire (plus 6.22% at 5,290 FCFA) and Crown Siem Côte d'Ivoire (plus 5% at 630 FCFA). Flop 5 of the biggest price drops is respectively occupied by the titles, Tractafric Motors Côte d'Ivoire (minus 9.85% at 2,700 FCFA), Solibra Côte d'Ivoire (minus 6.74% at 113,500 FCFA) , Setao Côte d'Ivoire (minus 3.88% at 620 FCFA), Sucrivoire Côte d'Ivoire (minus 3.57% at 1,350 FCFA) and SAPH Côte d'Ivoire (minus 2.50% at 3,700 FCFA) .
