Nestlé Côte d'Ivoire's share price is one of the five strongest in sub-Saharan Africa. With a first dividend in five years, the company has won the favor of investors from the Regional Stock Exchange (BRVM).

The Ivory Coast subsidiary of the Nestlé agri-food group has been in the top 5 best performing African listed companies since the start of 2021. Its stock market value was up 1056.25% on Friday August 13. The company which is present on the WAEMU BRVM is thus positioned in fourth place, according to stock market data compared by the Ecofin Agency. Nestlé Côte d'Ivoire owes this performance to the announcement of a record net profit during the year 2020, followed by a promising start to 2021 in the eyes of investors, with a first quarter net profit on the rise by 893% compared to that of the same period in 2020. Also, for the first time since 2015, the company specializing in agri-food products distributed dividends, with a yield which still represents 10.9% of gains for its investors.
