The market capitalization of the equity market stood at 5086.741 billion FCFA with an increase of 8.928 billion FCFA at the end of the trading session of this Monday, August 9, 2021 at the Regional Stock Exchange (BRVM). On the securities side, the SOLIBRA recorded the highest price increase.

The stock market capitalization stood at 5086.741 billion FCFA against 5095.669 billion FCFA the day before, an increase of 8.928 billion FCFA. The total value of the transactions stood at 333.684 million FCFA against 211.962 million FCFA the day before. That of the bond market amounted to 6765.470 billion FCFA against 6769.723 billion FCFA the day before, a decrease of 4.253 billion FCFA. The BRVM 10 index (the index of the 10 flagship stocks of the Stock Exchange) recorded a drop of 0.48% to 136.80 points against 137.46 points the day before. For its part, the BRVM Composite index (the general stock market index) fell by 0.17% to 169.03 points against 169.32 points the day before.

The title SOLIBRA (Société de Limonaderie et brasseries d'Afrique) recorded the highest price increase. This title thus occupies the top of the Top 5 of the highest price increases with more than 7.50% to 95,205 FCFA. It is followed respectively by Sicor Côte d'Ivoire (plus 7.45% to 5,335 FCFA), BOA Senegal (plus 7.27% to 2,140 FCFA), Crown Siem Côte d'Ivoire (plus 6.73% to 555 FCFA) and SODECI Côte d'Ivoire (plus 3.33% to 4,495 FCFA). Flop 5 of the biggest price declines is respectively occupied by the shares Safca Côte d'Ivoire (minus 5.38% at 615 FCFA), Bernabé Côte d'Ivoire (minus 5.13% at 1,850 FCFA), Vivo Energy Côte d'Ivoire (minus 3.38% at 715 FCFA), Total Côte d'Ivoire (minus 2.51% at 1,750 FCFA) and Palm Côte d'Ivoire (minus 2.12% at 4,155 FCFA).
