The bond issue of Burkina Faso "TPBF 6.50% 2021-2031" was successfully closed. The announcement was made by the Burkinabè Financial Intermediation Company (SBIF).

The SBIF announces the successful closing of the bond issue by public offering of the State of Burkina Faso called "TPBF 6.50% 2021-2031". As a reminder, on June 24, 2021, the Burkinabé Financial Intermediation Company (SBIF) launched, as arranger and lead manager, the bond issue by public call for savings in Burkina "TPBF 6.50% 2021 -2031”, for an indicative amount of FCFA 150 billion, with a maturity of 10 years including 02 years of grace and an interest rate of 6.50%. At the end of the operation on June 24, 2021, the State ultimately withheld an amount of FCFA 165 billion (165,000,000,000) from the total amount mobilized.
