Since June 23, 2021, there has been a continuation of the series of increases in the capitalization of the bond market. The market capitalization of the bond market of the Regional Stock Exchange (BRVM) stood at 6624.593 billion FCFA.

The series of increases in the market capitalization of the BRVM bond market that had begun continued at the end of the trading session on Tuesday, June 29, 2021. This capitalization stood at 6624.593 billion FCFA against 6622.408 billion FCFA, an increase of 2.185 billion FCFA. In the space of five trading days, the capitalization of the bond market recorded an increase of 11.864 billion FCFA. As for that of the equity market, it recorded a drop of 15.069 billion FCFA to 4816.061 billion FCFA against 4831.130 billion FCFA the day before. The total value of transactions is also down, standing at 675.494 million FCFA against 2.169 billion FCFA the day before.

The two stock market indices are down again. The BRVM 10 index (the index of the 10 flagship stocks of the Stock Exchange) thus lost 0.95% to 129.80 points against 131.04 points the day before. On its side, the BRVM Composite index (the general stock market index) fell 0.31% to 160.03 points against 160.53 points the day before. The Top 5 of the highest price increases are respectively occupied by Vivo Energy Côte d'Ivoire (up 7.43% to 795 FCFA), SAFCA Côte d'Ivoire (up 7.35% to 365 FCFA), SODECI Côte d'Ivoire (plus 7.32% to 4,400 FCFA), Coris Bank International (plus 3.75% to 8,300 FCFA) and Société General Cote d'Ivoire (plus 3.51% to 8,100 FCFA). Flop 5 of the biggest price drops is respectively occupied by the shares SETAO Côte d'Ivoire (minus 6.47% at 650 FCFA), Air Liquide Côte d'Ivoire (minus 5.75% at 410 FCFA), CFAO Motors Côte d'Ivoire (minus 4.69% at 610 FCFA), SMB Côte d'Ivoire (minus 4.03% at 6,900 FCFA) and BOA Niger (minus 3.87% at 3,730 FCFA).
