The indices of the Regional Stock Exchange (BRVM) are green again, recording variable increases at the end of the trading session on Thursday June 24, 2021.

The BRVM 10 index (the index of the 10 flagship stocks of the Stock Exchange) ended up with a gain of 0.02% to 130.72 points against 130.69 points the day before. For its part, the BRVM Composite index (the general stock market index) gained 0.44% to 160.71 points against 160.00 points the day before. The total value of transactions stood at 1.177 billion FCFA against 4.939 billion FCFA the day before, a decrease of 3.762 billion FCFA. The market capitalization of the equity market recorded an increase of 21.364 billion FCFA, rising from 4815.200 billion FCFA the day before to 4836.564 billion FCFA this Thursday, June 24, 2021. That of the bond market ended the trading day on the rise from 2.46 billion to 6620.121 billion FCFA against 6617.661 billion FCFA the day before.

The TOP 5 of the strongest price increases are respectively occupied by the shares CFAO Cote d'Ivoire (up 7.44% to 650 FCFA), NEI CEDA Côte d'Ivoire (up 7.23% to 445 FCFA), Nestlé Côte d'Ivoire (plus 5.45% to 3,580 FCFA), Total Senegal (plus 4.61% to 1,930 FCFA) and Coris Bank International Burkina Faso (plus 3.69% to 8,290 FCFA). Flop 5 of the biggest price drops is respectively occupied by the shares BICICI Côte d'Ivoire (minus 7.14% at 5,200 FCFA), BOA Mali (minus 6.03% at 1,480 FCFA), Crown SIEM Cote d'Ivoire (minus 7.14% at 5,200 FCFA), Ivoire (minus 1.12% at 440 FCFA), Uniwax Côte d'Ivoire (minus 0.72% at 1,380 FCFA) and Palm Cote d'Ivoire (minus 0.68% at 4,350 FCFA).
