The implementation of this initiative is based on subsidies to support job creation, a credit fund of 2.5 billion lodged at the Agricultural Bank and the support and coaching of promoters''.

A workshop was organized to provide information on the content of this component and to present to promoters in the region the mechanisms and conditions for accessing credit funds.

To benefit from this financing fund, all you have to do is withdraw and fill in the project outlines at the level of the Regional Directorates for Rural Development (DRDR) or Departmental Services for Rural Development (SDDR).

The Provale-cv thus intends to sustainably increase agricultural production, employment and income in rural areas through the mobilization of surface water and groundwater. Ultimately, this project will create 28,000 jobs, 30% of which for women and 40% for young people.
