SGI-Togo has estimated its portfolio of assets under management at several hundred billion FCFA. The intermediation company announced that it had carried out CFAF 7.24 billion in stock market transactions on the BRVM in 2020.

12th out of the 30 SGIs in Umoa, SGI-Togo has estimated its stock market transactions at 7.24 billion FCFA. This volume, which represents only 1.47% of the transactions carried out during the year under review, remains low compared to those of the behemoths of the Abidjan stock market such as CGF Bourse, Hudson & Cie, Attijari SWA.
Since 1996, the date of its creation, it claims to have represented about twenty clients, most of them large corporations (BIDC, BOAD, PalmCi, Oragroup, State of Togo, Togo Telecom, Togocel) on fund raising operations estimated at more than 900 billion FCFA (shares and bonds). The latest one concerns commercial paper issued in November 2019 by Oragroup. An operation co-arranged with CGF Bourse and subscribed to 100% for a total amount of 35 billion FCFA. The company headed by Jean Kokouvi is part of a strategy to digitalize its activities.
