A delegation from the Court of Justice of the West African Economic and Monetary Union (UEMOA) was at the home of the President of the Assembly of Heads of State and Government, Roch Marc Christian Kaboré. On occasion, the Court of Justice pleaded for the popularization of Community law

The delegation led by its president, Daniel Amagoin Tessougué, discussed with President Roch Marc Christian Kaboré the concerns of community space. “Since my election as head of the court of justice, we have not had the opportunity to share certain concerns with the President of Faso,” regretted Daniel Amagoin Tessougué.
The President of the UEMOA Court of Justice stressed that the judge, in his independence, does not receive orders. However, there are particular problems that require the intervention of governments in the community space. And for this purpose, measures must be taken to ensure that this right is disseminated as widely as possible.
