In a note addressed to investors, Mr. Adrien Diouf, director of the UMOA-Titres Agency, states that the annual program, the estimated global volume of issues in 2021 is 5333 billion FCFA, distributed according to the following instruments: - 1,565 billion in treasury bills and 3768 billion in treasury bonds.

For the first quarter of 2021, intentions show a provisional amount of 1,611 billion, including 601 billion in treasury bills and 1,010 billion in treasury bonds.

This provisional calendar indicates the volume to be mobilized by each of the Member States of the Union, depending on the instruments. It is drawn up in collaboration with the States, on the basis of program updates drawn from their finance laws and treasury plans.
