The BICIM BNP Paribas Group changes ownership. The International Bank for Commerce and Industry in Mali is now part of Koné Dossongui Koné's Atlantic Financial Group (AFG) holding company. The closing of BICIM, announced on 8 December, follows that of the Bank for Industry and Commerce in Comoros (BICC) and the International Bank for Trade and Industry in Gabon (BICIG).
As a reminder, the AFG holding signed an agreement to take over the 3 subsidiaries with BNP last May. With these acquisitions, the AFG Group now owns 4 banks and 4 insurance companies
