A delegation from the Regional Stock Exchange (BRVM) led by its president, Mr. Pierre Atépa Goudiaby was received on Wednesday by President Faure Gnassingbé. The evolution of the regional stock market, whose indices experienced a performance in 2015 of 17% ahead of other African stock exchanges, was at the center of the exchanges. Mr. Pierre Goudiaby said he explained to the Head of State other projects to be implemented, in particular the creation of the SME/SMI compartment as well as the participation of the diaspora in the development of the country, because the transfers of financial resources constitute added values for the national economy. The president of the BRVM added that mechanisms must be found to encourage the diaspora to invest differently, with bonds. The third point addressed concerns the mine compartment.
