(COFEB) created by the Central Bank of West African States (BCEAO) is looking for
candidates.
The process for which applications are open until April 17 will enable the BCEAO to
to ensure the development of its human resources. The objective is also to "contribute to the
capacity building of executives from the economic and financial administrations of banks and
WAMU financial and microfinance institutions", indicates the financial institution.
The announcement is aimed at agents of banks or microfinance, of African Central Bank partners
of WAMU, aged 40 on January 1, 2020. They must hold a Master's degree, a Master's degree I or II
in law, economics or management, a diploma in statistician-economist engineering, among others and justifying
least two years of professional experience as of January 1, 2020.
Application forms are available in the national directorates of the BCEAO, the ministries
responsible for finance, banks and financial institutions, and others.
As for the application files, they must be submitted via the Ministry in charge of Finance of each
Member State of WAMU, with the national management of the BCEAO. The first 5 candidates of each
Member State, declared admitted, will receive scholarships.
The training will take place over 9 months in Dakar, followed by 4 months of practical training.
