The representatives of KPMG and HEC Paris explained to them the impact of this training on their respective companies but also on their professional careers, in a world that is increasingly competitive and constantly disrupted by the digital revolution.
For Jean-Luc Ruelle, Chairman and CEO of KPMG for French-speaking sub-Saharan Africa, “there is now a common threat to all companies called: digital. On the other hand, if we are prepared for it and know how to deal with it, this threat can be transformed into an important asset which makes us discover the opportunities which would not be accessible outside of digital technology”.
This training, which lasts six months, is held around four three-day sessions. The first three are organized in Abidjan and the last in France, on the HEC Paris campus, with conferences and visits to companies and start-ups. This program is based on a pedagogy of co-construction of knowledge between the learner, his peers and the teachers.
“It seems to us to be our mission to contribute to the development of Ivorian and African companies. And support them on topics as varied as digital, strategy, marketing, new business practices that Ivorian and African leaders can benefit from,” explains Nicolas Lemoine, Executive Director of Bespoke Programs at HEC Paris.
At the end of this certifying and tailor-made program, business leaders and executives should understand the impacts of the digital revolution, be enriched with new digital models and integrate a conceptual framework for digital strategy.
