At the end of the trading session on Monday 11 April 2022, the indicators of the Bourse Régionale des Valeurs Mobilières (BRVM) continued their decline which started on Friday 8 April 2022. Both indices recorded a more pronounced decline.

The BRVM 10 index lost 1.32% (after giving up 0.17% the previous day) to 165.16 points against 167.37 points previously. For its part, the BRVM Composite index recorded a drop of 0.36% (after -0.13% on Friday, April 8) to 217.13 points against 217.92 points the day before. The total value of transactions rose to 530.888 million CFA francs from 232.117 million CFA francs the previous day.

The market capitalization of the equity market fell by 23.714 billion FCFA to 6536.175 billion FCFA against 6559.889 billion FCFA on Friday 8 April 2022. On the bond market, there was also a sharp decline of 31.421 billion with a level that goes from 7621.802 billion CFA francs the previous trading session to 7590.381 billion CFA francs this Monday, April 11, 2022.
