At the end of the issue of assimilable Treasury bonds (OAT) with a duration of 5 years carried out at the level of the WAEMU financial market, the State of Togo raised a sum of 30 billion FCFA.

More than 346% coverage rate at the Togo Treasury bond issue of March 18, 2022. According to UMOA-Titres, organizer of this operation, out of an auction amount of 30 billion FCFA, investors have proposed to the issuer of global bids of 104.076 billion FCFA.

After adjudication, the amount of accepted bids amounted to 30 billion FCFA and that rejected to 74.076 billion FCFA. This gives an absorption rate of 28.83%. Investors whose bids have been accepted will end up with a weighted average return of 4.92%.
