The AFRICA INTELLIGENCE newspaper which gives this information also indicates that the Minister of State, Secretary General of the Presidency of the Republic, Ferdinand NGOH NGOH, would have transferred 24 billion CFA francs to tax havens.
In its publication of January 28, 2022, the newspaper AFRCA INTELLIGENCE quotes the Minister of State, Secretary General of the Presidency of the Republic (Minetat - SG/PR), Ferdinand NGOH NGOH, accused of having transferred 24 billion CFA francs to tax havens, ahead of the 33rd African Cup of Nations (CAN) football organized by Cameroon, from January 9 to February 6, 2022. And the newspaper reveals that indeed, the task force led by the Minetat - SG/PR, placed an order for protective equipment and tests worth 37 million euros with the company ACHAN GLOBAL, owned by KHALID DIFALLAH, an employee of the sulphurous Israeli MOAS ERAN, ahead of CAN 2021 .
And AFRICA INTELLIGENCE to specify that other service providers involved in this order, obtained slightly smaller amounts, like the Cameroonian company MEDICAL PLUS of Polycarpe KENMOGNE which obtained only 2.5 billion CFA francs. Also the Chamber of Accounts of the Supreme Court of Cameroon, thinks the newspaper, should audit this last operation linked to the fight against the Covid-19 pandemic, and adopt an addendum to its report.
