To accelerate the implementation of its roadmap, Togo is receiving 14.3 million euros (9.4 billion CFA francs) from the African Development Bank (AfDB).

Two agreements were signed on February 17 between the country representative of the AfDB Group in Togo Wilfrid Abiola and the Minister of Economy and Finance Sani Yaya. The first financing agreement relates to the Governance and Private Sector Development Support Project, amounting to approximately 13 million euros. It is financed by a loan of 9.4 million euros and a grant of around three million euros from the African Development Fund, the Bank Group's concessional window.

The second agreement relates to the Support Project for the Promotion of Investments and the Development of Private - Public Partnerships. It is financed thanks to a grant of 1.1 million euros from the African Development Bank and the African Development Fund within the framework of the Transition Support Facility.
