The six individuals await their judgment within the penitentiary. They are being prosecuted for online scam, cryptocurrency scam, maraboutage and fictitious loans. Indeed, the Central Office for the Repression of Cybercrime (Ocrc) arrested eight individuals accused of cryptocurrency scam. The office then presented them to the special prosecutor at the Court for the Suppression of Economic Crimes and Terrorism (Criet). After hearing the defendants, the prosecutor ordered six of them to be placed under a warrant of committal to prison.
