The dollar is struggling to appreciate further as expectations of higher interest rates in the United States are largely priced in, says Credit Suisse. By 7:30 a.m., the March North Sea Brent contract was down 23 cents to $84.44 a barrel. The February WTI contract was down 22 cents at $82.42 a barrel.
