He was arrested by the Criminal Investigations Division and referred to the prosecution on Tuesday.
The suspect was arrested following a complaint from an Italian, Agatino Pellizzeri. A story that dates back to October 2019 when the Italian wanted to set up a coffee factory in Senegal. So, Ismaïla Sall offered him his services with land in Keur Moussa where the investor himself already had some, but was looking for a larger area. The son of the former mayor of Dakar therefore promises him land belonging to a certain Mohamed Gaye who would be a fictitious name.
