The eighth edition of Archibat, the Ivorian biennial of architecture and building was held from December 8 to 11 in Abidjan around the theme "The making of the city for professionals". One of the resolutions of this show is that the various players in the built environment sector agree on a general assembly on building and sustainable development.

Public authorities, development partners, community leaders and built environment professionals from West Africa, Tunisia and France met in Abidjan for the eighth edition of the Biennial of Architecture and of the building called Archibat. The participants in this show have proposed the holding of the “Assises du bâtiment et du développement durable” during which several problems will be exposed in order to provide concrete solutions.
