The work of the 24th annual conference of the African Securities Exchanges Association (ASEA) was launched on Wednesday, November 24, 2021 by the President of ASEA, Edoh Kossi AMENOUNVE. Several experts from the finance and stock market sectors participate in the meetings for the development of African stock exchanges.

The 24 ^th annual conference of the African Securities Exchanges Association has as its theme “Financial markets, essential engines of the emergence of Africa”. On the occasion of the launch of the work, Edoh Kossi AMENOUNVE, President of the ASEA explained that the Annual Conference represents the most important event of the Association and brings together the entire ecosystem of the capital markets of the Continent to discuss the development issues of African stock exchanges, their contribution to better financing of economies as well as their prospects. The APUA President also indicated that this edition will highlight the role of African capital markets and stock exchanges in accelerating the post-Covid-19 economic recovery of our continent, the financing of infrastructure, Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and innovation.
