The director of cabinet of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, Hermann Orou Takou launched Thursday, November 18, 2021, the work of the technical working groups on economic performance indicators. It was in the presence of the minister's executives and other technical directors of the agencies.

In his welcome address, the cabinet director of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, Hermann Orou Takou, representing the Minister of State, Romuald WADAGNI, explained to the participants the objectives of the Technical Support Unit for improvement of the business climate and the promotion of investments which is an innovation for monitoring and making analyzes and proposals on the various performance reports of Benin. The different groups are titled the Economic Competitiveness Indicator, the Corruption Perceptions Index, the Country Policy and Institutions Assessment (CPIA) Indicator and the G20 Compact With Africa Indicator.
