The 46 senior administrators, general managers and operational managers in office in the banks and financial establishments of the zone who followed the training received their parchment on Thursday, November 11, 2021 at the headquarters of the Central Bank of East African States. West (BCEAO). It was at the end of the HEC Paris joint training program.

Forty-six (46) participants receive their certificates from the “Executive Banking Strategic Management Certificate (CEMSTRAT)” course, 2021 edition as part of the joint HEC/BCEAO training program. The solemn ceremony saw the participation of the Governor of the BCEAO, Tiémoko Meyliet Koné, but also of Armelle DUFOUR, Director of international strategic projects at HEC Paris. The CEMSTRAT course aims to provide beneficiaries with key organizational coaching protocols in order to ensure relevant professional support and effective management of the performance of their institution in terms of sector strategy and value creation. In addition, it is a high-level training which also serves as a framework for meetings and exchanges between peers and managers of banks and financial institutions. This, with the aim of promoting dialogue and consultation between the major players in this key economic sector, the banking sector.
