The Caisse des dépôts et consignations du (CDC Gabon) is hosting in Libreville, on Wednesday, October 27, the 6th Conference of deposit funds. The meeting is placed under the theme of the promotion of sustainable investments and the green economy.

For the past two years as President of the Forum des Caisses de Dépôt, CDC Gabon has set itself the task of "highlighting and disseminating the model of the Caisses de Dépôt by promoting their role in mobilizing savings, their to support public policies and their role as catalysts for long-term, sustainable and productive investments”. The forum will take place in the form of round tables. The work will focus on four main themes: "The financial and governance model of deposit funds, an opportunity for the long-term economic development of the CEMAC zone?" ; "The emergence of Caisses in West Africa, a dynamic at the service of a sustainable and resilient recovery?" ; “The Green Economy – Caisses de Dépôt and the Green Climate Fund”; “The Role of Public Equity for Economic Recovery and Responsible Investment”. Organized face-to-face and by videoconference, this international meeting will record the participation of financial organizations from various countries, including France, Italy, Morocco, Benin, Tunisia and Côte d'Ivoire.
