European equity markets are expected to open slightly higher on Tuesday, but investors should remain wary of rising oil prices and bond yields just hours before Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell's congressional hearing. At 7:35am, the futures contract on CAC 40 earned 7.5 points, or 0.1%, according to data from the broker IG Markets.
