For the president of the High Authority for Good Governance (HAGB), N'Golo Coulibaly, this is a new beginning in the fight against corruption and not an isolated one-off action. Some have been quick to speak of an "operation clean hands". If there is an operation "clean hands", the national strategic plan to fight against corruption, which comes in this context, will be an additional tool to serve the said operation, with well-structured actions," he added. The national anti-corruption strategy of Côte d'Ivoire will make it possible to build not only a general policy, but also sectoral policies whose implementation will require the strong involvement of interested parties.
