Tunisian officials of the project "Agri-tech Tunisia" designed by the Tunisian company Stecia International and funded by the European Union, held a virtual press conference. On the occasion, the Ambassador of Senegal in Tunisia, Ramatoulaye Bâ Faye, has magnified Wednesday the excellence of relations of friendship and cooperation between Dakar and Tunis, reflected, according to her, the importance of the volume of their trade.

According to the diplomat Ramatoulaye Bâ Faye, Senegal and Tunisia maintain fraternal relations and cooperation "based on shared values. "These are fraternal relations and cooperation that unite Senegal and Tunisia. The volume of trade reflects these excellent relations between the two countries. The private sector has also contributed to the dynamics of these relations between our two countries," she said. The two countries cooperate through many sectors, including agriculture, higher education, culture, trade, etc.. Ramatoulaye Bâ Faye stressed the importance of strengthening South-South relations in priority areas, such as agriculture, "a very powerful lever for economic growth. She also noted the dynamism of the private sector of both countries which marks the opportunity for South-South cooperation beneficial to both countries. The project "Agri-tech Tunisia", implemented by Expertise France, aims to support the strengthening, structuring and development of the ecosystem of innovation and entrepreneurship.
