The development of the 93 km Dolisie-Kibangou road is the first phase of the Libreville-Brazzaville corridor linking Congo to Gabon. This infrastructure will open up the production basin with a view to improving economic and commercial exchanges in the sub-region. The development of this section is in line with the implementation of the Consensus Transport Master Plan for Central Africa (PDCT-AC) covering the eleven priority projects of the Regional Economic Program (PER). This corridor and the Brazzaville-Ouesso-Bangui-Ndjamena corridor are among the six integrating projects to which BDEAC committed itself during the Paris donors' round table in November 2020 to 308 billion CFA francs ($551 million) to accelerate integration in Central Africa.
