From the management of expenditure, correspondents and exchanges or in terms of revenue collection, the General Directorate of the Treasury and Public Accounting offers several dematerialized services.

The dynamic of digitalization of public services initiated since 2016 has not spared the public treasury. The payslips of active State agents are no longer published in paper version at the Public Treasury. They are now available online and accessible at any time from the website www.tresorbenin.bj. In addition, for banks and financial institutions authorized to consult the platform, this reform guarantees the reliability of the payslips they receive in the context of the loans to be granted to their customers. Soon retired civil servants will be able to access their pension slips online. The dematerialization process initiated is currently being finalized. The many reforms focused on dematerialization can be listed in four categories including expenditure services; management of treasury correspondence; exchange management and revenue collection.
