Created in 2011 by the UEMOA Conference of Heads of State and Government, with a view to better involving local authorities in the integration process in order to meet the challenges of globalization, the UEMOA Council of Local Authorities (CCT-UEMOA) continues to work for better development community. As part of this mission, the CCT-UEMOA delegation, led by its president François-Albert Amichia, was received by the President of the UEMOA Commission, Abdoulaye Diop, on 4 August last.
