For two days, this session is devoted to the study of the files to be submitted to the ministers.
Benin hosts from 27 to 29 July 2021 by videoconference, the 30th ordinary session of the Council of Ministers of CIPRES. This meeting which brings together all member countries began yesterday with the meeting of the committee of experts responsible for studying all the files to be submitted to the ministers on Thursday, July 29. Thus, they have proposed, among others, draft decisions, regulations, directives and profound reforms likely to make the social security institutions more efficient in the exercise of their noble and exalting mission. In his introductory remarks, the Chairman of the Supervisory Commission, Chairman of the Committee of Experts by interim, Rene Houessou, reminds his peers of the fifteen other member countries of the CIPRES who take part in the work by videoconference, the challenge to be met. Recall that the 29th ordinary session was held on 12 December 2019 in Antananarivo in the Republic of Madagascar. This last edition devoted the adoption by Directive N°001/CM/CIPRES of December 12, 2019, of the legal basis of Social Security.
