Xiantao Big Data Valley, located in Yubei District in Chongqing, established this alliance in 2018 with the aim of building an industrial ecosystem and an interactive sharing mechanism. The valley is driven by data and software, with a comprehensive innovation ecosystem that includes 10 open sharing platforms.

The alliance attracted 334 businesses for shared development, making the valley a central engine to facilitate local collaborative innovation. At a new product launch conference in the Chongqing Xiantao Big Data Valley in southwest China, a total of 11 technologies in the fields of intelligent services, artificial intelligence, and security were unveiled. They are developed by seven companies in the Valley Innovation Ecosystem Alliance, according to the Yubei District Advertising Department. Public service platforms including software system development, intelligent prototype production, comprehensive 3D printing, smart car collaboration, Xiantao College talent training, intelligent hardware detection, and the 5G automatic driving application demonstration sharing service have been put into operation. The establishment of an open sharing platform is conducive to the coordinated development of businesses in the innovation ecosystem. A total of 237 companies have set up shop in the valley, including industrial leaders and innovative companies like ARM, Huawei Chongqing DevCloud Innovation Center, Transsion, and ThunderSoft. Around 5,000 innovative and enterprising professionals work there, who have filed applications for more than 600 patents and software
