At the end of the trading session on Friday July 9, 2021, the two indices of the Regional Stock Exchange (BRVM) went green. The total value of transactions amounted to 2.171 billion FCFA against 1.413 billion FCFA the day before.

The BRVM 10 index (the index of the stock market's 10 key stocks) rose by 0.88% to 130.95 points against 129.81 points the day before. For its part, the BRVM Composite index (the general index of the Stock Exchange), recorded an increase of 0.42% to 161.37 points against 160.70 previously. The market capitalization of the equity market stood at 4,856.284 billion FCFA against 4,836.247 billion FCFA the day before, an increase of 20.037 billion. That of bonds, on the other hand, fell by 1.605 billion, to 6774.489 billion FCFA against 6776.094 billion FCFA the day before. The total value of transactions amounted to 2.171 billion FCFA against 1.413 billion FCFA the day before.

The Top 5 of the strongest price increases are occupied respectively by the securities Sicor Côte d'Ivoire (plus 7.33% to 2,415 FCFA), Bolloré Côte d'Ivoire (plus 7.19% to 1,715 FCFA), Setao Côte d'Ivoire (up 6.77% at 710 FCFA), Safca Côte d'Ivoire (up 6.74% at 475 FCFA) and Nestlé Côte d'Ivoire (up 5.98% at 3,545 FCFA). Flop 5 of the biggest price declines is respectively occupied by the shares NEI CEDA Côte d'Ivoire (minus 6.33% at 370 FCFA), Saph Côte d'Ivoire (minus 4.40% at 2,610 FCFA), BOA Mali (minus 3.51% to 1,375 FCFA), Vivo Energy Côte d'Ivoire (minus 3.38% to 715 FCFA) and Ivorian Electricity Company (minus 3.03% to 1,600 FCFA).
