.The opening of the works was chaired by Mamoudou Kassogué, Minister of Justice and Human Rights, Keeper of the Seals. For three days, participants will have exchanges to compare knowledge and experiences and share the best approaches in order to facilitate the harmonious application of the law combating cybercrime. “Cybercrime, since that is what it is, is a phenomenon that spares no nation, that knows no borders and that is characterized by its complexity in terms of prevention, legislation and repression,” indicates Minister Mamoudou Kassogué. Indeed, the minister adds, the complexity and specificity of the phenomenon of cybercrime have led the Malian legislator to adopt Law No. 2019-056 of 5 December 2019 on the repression of cybercrime.
