This is the consequence of the composition of the first government of the second term of Patrice Talon at the head of Benin. According to the information, it is not at the World Bank alone that Minister Wadagni replaces his colleague Bio Tchané. Apart from the World Bank, Abdoulaye Bio Tchané leaves his place in several other financial bodies. At the Islamic Development Bank (IDB), Romuald Wadagni has also taken Bio Tchané's place.
