For the 2020 financial year, the International Bank for Commerce and Industry of Côte d'Ivoire (BICICI) will pay its shareholders a global net dividend of 810 million FCFA. The announcement was made by the managers of this banking institution based in Abidjan

.

The Board of Directors convened its Ordinary General Meeting on June 17, 2021 to examine the bank's accounts. It is expected to allocate the net income of the 2020 financial year, which amounts to 4.672 billion FCFA minus the carry-over of a deficit of 3.609 billion FCFA from the previous year, i.e. a mass of 1.062 billion FCFA to be distributed. After deducting securities income tax at the rate of 10%, the net dividend per share is 48.6 FCFA, for a total of 810 million

FCFA.

According to the BICICI Board of Directors, the sum of 159.367 million.419 FCFA will be allocated to the 15% allocation to the special reserve in accordance with article 27 of the Banking Act. As of December 31, 2020, BICICI's balance sheet total had increased by 83 billion, standing at 831 billion FCFA compared to 749 billion FCFA in 2019. The resources collected by this banking institution amounted to 716 billion FCFA, the bank's claims on its customers amounted to 482 billion FCFA, the net banking income fell slightly to 45.315 billion FCFA while the gross operating income was
