The improvement in market capitalization of the shares of the Regional Stock Exchange (BRVM) which began on June 3, 2021, continued at the end of the trading session on Monday, June 14, 2021. Market capitalization shares stood at 4813.398 billion FCFA against 4803.649 billion FCFA the day before.

Capitalization recorded an increase of 9.749 billion FCFA. Since June 3, 2021, the capitalization of the equity market has increased by 151.651 billion FCFA. That of the bond market, for its part, recorded a drop of 11.256 billion FCFA to 6664.185 billion FCFA against 6675.441 billion FCFA the day before. The total value of transactions increased by 73.462 million, standing at 224.447 million FCFA against 150.985 million FCFA the day before.

The BRVM 10 index (the index of the 10 flagship stocks of the Stock Exchange) rose slightly by 0.06% to 132.42 points against 132.34 points the day before. For its part, the BRVM Composite index (the general stock market index), ended up with an increase of 0.20% to 159.94 points against 159.62 points the day before.

The TOP 5 of the highest price increases are occupied in order of importance by the following stocks: Crown SIEM Côte d'Ivoire (plus 7.50% to 430 FCFA), Total Senegal (plus 7.43% to 1,590 FCFA), Bernabé Côte d'Ivoire (plus 7.33% at 1,610 FCFA), Air Liquide Côte d'Ivoire (plus 7.25% at 370 FCFA) and SETAO Côte d'Ivoire (plus 6.94% at 770 FCFA ).

Flop 5 of the biggest price drops is respectively occupied by the following stocks: CFAO Côte d'Ivoire (minus 7.41% at 750 FCFA), Sucrivoire Côte d'Ivoire (minus 6.47% at 940 FCFA), SITAB Côte d'Ivoire (minus 3.89% at 3.10 FCFA), Uniwax Côte d'Ivoire (minus 2.88% at 1,350 FCFA) and Bicici Côte d'Ivoire (minus 2.61% at 5,600 FCFA).
