The ^13th session of the Partnership Commission between the Republic of Niger and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg was launched by videoconference on Friday, June 11, 2021. The Director of Development Cooperation and Humanitarian Action of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, Manuel Tonnar, has indicated that the signing of PIC IV is the largest programme ever signed in his country, which already places Niger in first place among the cooperation partner countries.
