At the Regional Stock Exchange (BRVM), the market capitalization of the stock market recorded an increase of 45.862 billion FCFA at the end of the trading session of this Wednesday, June 9, 2021. The capitalization stood at 4764.049 billion FCFA against 4718.187 billion FCFA the day before. That of the bond market left its stationary situation, increasing from 5.207 billion FCFA to 6529.142 billion FCFA. The total value of transactions is again on the rise, standing at 1.603 billion FCFA against 252.425 million FCFA the day before.

The BRVM 10 index (the index of the stock market's 10 flagship stocks) gained 0.80% to 131.60 points against 130.56 points the day before. For its part, the BRVM Composite index (the general stock market index), also gained 0.97% to 158.30 points against 156.78 points previously.

The TOP 5 of the highest price increases are occupied in order of importance by the following stocks: Uniwax Côte d'Ivoire (plus 7.50% to 1,290 FCFA), Nestlé Côte d'Ivoire (plus 7.44% to 3,250 FCFA), CFAO Côte d'Ivoire (plus 6.82% to 705 FCFA), SAFCA Côte d'Ivoire (plus 6% to 265 FCFA) and Total Senegal (plus 5.45% to 1,645 FCFA).

Flop 5 of the largest price declines is respectively occupied by the following stocks: SITAB Côte d'Ivoire (minus 4.48% at 3,200 FCFA), SMB Côte d'Ivoire (minus 4.16% at 6,565 FCFA), SAPH Côte d'Ivoire (minus 0.38% to 2,600 FCFA), Bolloré Côte d'Ivoire (minus 0.28% to 1,780 FCFA) and Oragroup Togo (minus 0.13% to 3,940 FCFA).
