The projects relating to the socio-economic progress of the Congo were evaluated on 3 June by the Minister for International Cooperation and the Promotion of Public-Private Partnership, Denis Christel Sassou Nguesso, and the Director General of the African Development Bank (AfDB) for Central Africa, Serge Marie N'Guessan.The creation of a fertilizer production plant in Pointe-Noire, agro-industrial parks, the mechanization of agriculture, irrigation, support for special economic zones... are among others the Congolese government's flagship projects. According to Marie N'Guessan, this set of flagship projects that the AfDB will support will be an asset for the five regions of Africa (Central Africa, West Africa, Eastern Africa, Southern Africa, North Africa). To this end, consideration is required for their implementation

Serge Marie N'Guessan also reiterated the AfDB's commitment to the Republic of Congo. “With this public-private partnership, we are going to breathe new life into development in Congo,” he said. According to him, the start of work could take place in 2023, after the preparation of all the technical documentation and the contracting of the project by the end of the current year
