The World Bank and the Government of Burkina Faso are jointly holding an international symposium on the internalization of the UEMOA guidelines on public finances, on 3 and 4 June 2021 in Ouagadougou. The international symposium on the internalization of the UEMOA guidelines on public finances in Burkina Faso is an opportunity to take stock of the situation and provide perspectives. According to the representative of the World Bank at the ceremony, Ousmane Kolie, this symposium should make it possible to make a critical analysis of the impacts of budgetary reform on public management following the internalization of the UEMAO public finance guidelines. Through the Economic Governance and Citizen Participation Programme (PGEPC), this institution has been supporting the Burkinabe government since 2017
