The Regional Mortgage Refinancing Bank (CRRH-UEMOA) has approved the accounts of CRRH-UEMOA for the 2020 financial year with a net result of 1.308 billion FCFA. This result is up +5.2% compared to the result of 1.243 billion FCFA in 2019. These figures were delivered at the end of its 10th Ordinary General Assembly held by videoconference on 30 April last

Under the 2021 CRRH-UEMOA business program, the Ordinary General Meeting authorized the issuance of bonds, up to eighty billion (80,000,000,000) FCFA, to refinance housing loans granted by shareholder banks.

The CRRH-UEMOA, a regional initiative to improve housing finance in UEMOA countries, aims to mobilize long-term resources at competitive rates, for the benefit of its shareholder banks and SFDs, for the refinancing of housing loans granted to their customers.

As of 31 December 2020, CRRH-UEMOA granted, over almost nine years of operational activities, refinancing worth a total of 222.5 billion CFA francs to promote housing finance to 37 shareholder banks covering the 08 countries of UEMOA.
