The Conference of Bars of the West African Economic and Monetary Union (UEMOA) is holding a meeting in Lomé whose objective is to further harmonize the rules of ethics and the internal regulations that govern bars, in order to have common legislation within the space.

The UEMOA Bar Association meeting is a unique framework for further reflection on how to integrate these bars into the meeting's agenda, and to review and review the Conference's rules of procedure. On the agenda: ethical rules, joint projects to preserve vested interests within the framework of better integration of bar associations and the renewal of the executive board of the Conference elected in Ouagadougou in 2018, whose mandate has come to an end.
