The company, which already works with more than 800 hospitals in Nigeria, Ghana and Uganda, expects to expand into no less than seven new markets by the end of the year. Tanzania, Rwanda, Senegal and Morocco are on the list.
The company's cloud-based software uses AI to replace labor-intensive manual form verification with automated processes. "Being cloud-based means you can grow anywhere," Henry Mascot tells The Africa Report/Jeune Afrique.
This includes identifying invalid applications that can be filed by hospitals around the world, he says, citing common cases of slight modification of existing application forms and their recycling as new forms. or creating application forms for people who have never been to the hospital.
