For Professor Mamady Kane, the 2021 draft budget amounts to 75,063,000,000 FCFA in revenue and expenditure compared to 67,140,000,000 FCFA in 2020, an increase of 11.80%. The amount of technical expenditure is 52,414,537,841 CFA francs and represents 69.83% of total
expenditure.
